FIT alumnus Bibhu Mohapatra designed this golden gown that actress Priyanka Chopra wore on the cover of Vogue India in 2012. This dress reveals the international reach of Mohapatra and Chopra. Although based in New York, Mohapatra has expressed, “I’m designing for a global audience” when discussing heritage and influence.
