Hans Schreiber attended the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Antwerp, Belgium — the school that famously trained Martin Margiela and other “desconstructivist” designers. While Schreiber’s Spiral gown is carefully constructed from layers of multicolored chiffon, a hint of disarray is evident in the frayed edges that elegantly overlap at the gown’s neck, armholes, and hem.
