Early 20th century “motorcars” offered little shielding from the elements. After riding on unpaved roads, drivers and passengers would often find themselves covered in dirt. As a protective cover, the duster provided a fashionable solution to this problem. The chic duster seen here features black braid trim and mother-of-pearl buttons on the collar and cuffs.
