Gareth Pugh created this silver dress from slashed polyurethane. Although the slashes appear to be laser cut, Pugh says that he produced them “the good old-fashioned way—by hand, with a ruler and a blade.” The dress demonstrates Pugh’s unique talent for blending an avant-garde, technological aesthetic with a mastery of traditional tailoring techniques.
