These boots were worn by “Baby” Jane Holzer, an Andy Warhol superstar. They combine the free-spirited aesthetic of the Hippies with the luxury materials and impeccable craftsmanship of high fashion. The Chelsea Cobbler was founded in London in 1967, and produced custom-made shoes for a trend savvy—and decidedly wealthy—clientele.
