Caroline Reboux
Date: 1870 - 1956
Biography: Caroline Reboux, considered the "Queen of Milliners" and an advocate of slim modernity in fashion, was considered the pioneer of the soft cloche. Reboux began her career in the 19th century, and after her death, the house of Reboux continued to provide fashion-forward millinery for the couture elite into the 1930s under the direction of Lucienne Rabate.
