Peter Yapp Ltd. was a prominent court shoemaker known for finely-crafted and high-style shoes. Fashionable dress in the early years of the 20th century was dominated by historic revivals, and these shoes, with their brocaded fabric, ornate rhinestone buckle, and "Louis" heel, deliberately echo the 18th century.
