​This ensemble by Shayne Oliver for Hood by Air pairs thigh-high, “kinky” boots with a puffer coat and an oversized leather shirt that becomes a mini dress as the collar extends to form a hood. Shown on a male model on the runway, it challenges gender binaries. Oliver is known for layering references to fetish, club, and street cultures in his work to disrupt traditional notions of identity.
