Label Text:These D'Orsay t-strap shoes by André Perugia combine two hallmarks of his work - innovation and craft. Perugia's early collaborations with Paul Poiret in the 1910s brought him fame; by the 1920s, he was well known for his luxurious and experimental styles. He made these t-strap shoes - a quintessential style of the 1920s - exceptional by twisting the strap and by including an intricate floral appliqué on the vamps.
