Label Text:In reaction to the boyish look of the 1920s, fashion in the 1930s was characterized by a new femininity. Day dress continued to be dominated by neutral shades, such as beige and black, but evening dress tended to be more varied, featuring colors such as pale blue, wine, pink, and emerald green.
