Label Text:The House of Lelong created some of the most sophisticated looks in Paris, a reputation supported by this striking evening dress. Like many Lelong designs, the dress at first glance appears rather basic, but upon closer examination proves to be intricately constructed. The flawlessly executed tucks along the sleeves and bodice exude a simple elegance and drama, achieved through the elimination of superfluous ornament.
