Label Text:This wedding gown is trimmed with sprays of faux orange blossoms and vibrant leaves of grass that appear to sprout from the dress. As a symbol of virginity, eternal love, and marriage, orange blossoms commonly adorned 19th-century wedding gowns. Brides who were said to be “sunk in the greenery” resembled walking flower gardens, emphasizing woman’s connection to nature.
