Label Text:Undergarments became increasingly streamlined during the late nineteenth century. Combinations, which joined a camisole and drawers into a single garment, were especially prevalent. The desire to eliminate layers of undergarments corresponded to the slimmer dress silhouette of the Edwardian era.
