DescriptionPink rayon satin girdle with gold metallic brocaded ribbon and floral motifs; pink elastic panels left and right front princess areas; boned, self tabs attached left and right side front; four garter snaps attached with self fabric bands, center and side front; light purple and blue shirred ribbon trim, upper edge; four metal stud and loop, three metal hook and eye partially boned center front closing; six hook and one eyelet center front tab closing. Light purple double faced velvet ribbon lacing.
Label Text:This early girdle uses elastic fibers at the sides. Designed to sit much lower on the body than corsets, girdles used flexible materials like elastic and rubber to slim the wearer’s waist and hips simultaneously.
