Label Text:Claudia Gisèle Ntsama’s interest in fashion stemmed from helping her aunts in their dressmaking atelier in Cameroon. She later studied fashion in Italy, and now shows her collections there. This technically complex dress, which was made using the designer’s signature hemp fiber, looks as though it is composed of spools of unraveled thread that are suspended around the body. Ntsama cites the rose as the inspiration for this design.
