The early 1990s trend for ladylike women’s suits was reminiscent of the styles made famous by Jacqueline Kennedy during the sixties. Many designers added their own flair to the style, which was defined by its slightly boxy jacket and slim skirt. In this example, Moschino’s vibrant clusters of felt flowers allude to 1960s youth culture.
