Label Text:In reference to her inspiration for her second Puma by Fenty collection, singer-turned-designer Rihanna said, “I imagined Marie Antoinette at the gym.” In spring 2017, it was part of her first Parisian runway show, with accompanying advertisements shot by famed photographer Tim Walker. The collaboration proved so successful that in 2019, Rihanna became the first woman to create an original brand at LVMH. It is the first new house created by the group since Christian Lacroix in 1987.
