Label Text:This custom tunic was handmade using macramé, a knotting technique that dates back to the 13th century. Designer Brenda Waites Bolling said, “I feel the technique I use in my collections offers a new dimension.” Her macramé pieces were purchased by other designers such as Mary McFadden to integrate into their designs.
