Label Text:Designers Maxwell Osborne and Dao-Yi Chow of Public School envisioned a woman trekking through post-apocalyptic New York City streets for their fall 2016 collection. In this ensemble, utilitarian elements such as a beanie with a chain link detail are juxtaposed with an elegant fringe knit vest. “We start from a street base, but our influences are high fashion,” says Chow.
