Label Text:In the 1975 film Mahogany, Diana Ross played a struggling fashion design student from Chicago who hits it big as a model in Rome. Designer Lawrence Steele, who is based in Italy, cites Ross’s character as the inspiration for his career, saying, “She changed my life completely.” Matte black Swarovski crystals contribute to the understated luxury of this evening dress.
