Label Text:Comme des Garçons’s Adult Punk collection blended luxurious fabrics and irreverent construction techniques. In this jacket, Rei Kawakubo’s signature deconstructed aesthetic is especially evident in the sleeves, where contrasting sheer and heavy fabrics are intricately cut and seamed. Vogue applauded the collection for managing to “appear complex and naïve at the same time.”
