DescriptionSleeveless fitted evening gown in periwinkle blue silk crepe with attached right shouder draped swag; dress is cut on bias for the top three quarter portion of gown with several darts to form fit the garment, the lower half - skirt is cut on straight grain with a high side seam slit on left side, the shouder draped panel is an extention of the bias front dress panel that is twisted or flipped at lower drape and then attached at shouder- fullness is pleated to fit shouder demision
