Label Text:The silhouette of this gown was overtly inspired by the mid-nineteenth century fashion for hoopskirts, but its references are multilayered. The polyester fabric combines the traditional Japanese craft of shibori—a tie-dye technique—with a heat-set method that creates added texture.
