DescriptionPair of high riding boots in olive green lambskin; low stacked heel
Label Text:These boots are from the personal wardrobe of Denise Poiret, wife and muse of the great couturier, Paul Poiret. Madame Poiret caused a sensation by wearing a similar pair in 1913, when the Poirets toured New York City. Her brightly colored, knee-high boots had already "stopped traffic in Paris," according to Palmer White, in "Poiret".
