Label Text:This cocktail dress features corsetry-inspired exterior detailing as well a boned inner corset. Peter Soronen's forte is the corset, and has been since the beginning of his career, in Chicago in the early 1990s. Since then, he has made a name for himself creating impeccable eveningwear. Soronen's structured and sophisticated creations have earned him well-known devotees, such as actress Sarah Jessica Parker. She wore the same style dress to the opening of Broadway's The Odd Couple in October, 2005, garnering the praise of the fashion press, and appearing in Vogue's "best dressed."
