DescriptionGold metallic leather evening shoes with rhinestone encrusted voided arch, pierced high wedge heel; rounded point toe, keyhole vamp, narrow crossed and ankle tie straps
Label Text:These evening sandals by André Perugia combine two hallmarks of his work - innovation and craft. Perugia's early collaborations with Paul Poiret in the 1910s brought him fame; by the 1920s, he was well known for his luxurious and experimental styles. The gold-kid evening shoes showcase his exceptional talent for luxurious, avant-garde design, and are a variation of his "troika" sled sole shoes, which leave the instep unsupported.
