Label Text:Historically, polyester has been difficult to dye due to its natural resistance to water. It is, however, the fiber most receptive to heat-transfer printing, a technique whose ecological impact is debated. While it requires little water, heat-transfer generates waste in the form of its transfer medium, paper.
