Label Text:Stephen Burrows is celebrated for his use of vivid color combinations and color blocking. Geraldine Stutz, former president of Henri Bendel, once observed that “he stretches a rainbow over the body.” Model Pat Cleveland wore a version of this dress at the 1973 Palace of Versailles fashion show, a spectacle that pitted American and French designers against one another.
