Label Text:Harper’s Bazaar wrote that Sally Milgrim’s dresses from 1924 were distinguished by their extreme slenderness. This example flirts with volume by relocating the ubiquitous puff sleeve to expand over the elbow, an inventive design choice that is emphasized by contrasting fabric in a then-fashionable Chinoserie print.
